Welcome to my brand spankin' new blog. I have enjoyed blogging for many years, but found it difficult to write candidly and honestly without the security settings locked down. While writing for myself is necessary and useful, I have decided to explore a venue that allows others to interact with me in an effort to foster community and transparency.
This will be a new adventure. This blog will be a combination of my thoughts and personal experiences, as well as a place for me to post recipes that I try, have used before, and those I love. While I love to bake and cook, I'm definitely still learning.
That being said, I'm not trying for perfection, so don't expect it. Instead, I want this blog to be a place where real people can come and discuss real parts of life, even the not so pretty things.

Hi noelle! I'm glad you are getting into blogging! (or back into, as the case may be) it looks like you are going to have a lot of fun. :) I'm not really the baker (as it requires more preciseness than I am good at...Andrew is precise and likes it), but I will love to hear of your adventures and maybe find some new recipes, too! :)
