Welcome to my brand spankin' new blog. I have enjoyed blogging for many years, but found it difficult to write candidly and honestly without the security settings locked down. While writing for myself is necessary and useful, I have decided to explore a venue that allows others to interact with me in an effort to foster community and transparency.
This will be a new adventure. This blog will be a combination of my thoughts and personal experiences, as well as a place for me to post recipes that I try, have used before, and those I love. While I love to bake and cook, I'm definitely still learning.
That being said, I'm not trying for perfection, so don't expect it. Instead, I want this blog to be a place where real people can come and discuss real parts of life, even the not so pretty things.
